BLACK WEEK promotion terms and conditions

§ 1

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. These Regulations define the rules of the promotional campaign (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") conducted in the online store operating at www.rivashield.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").
2. The Organizer of the Promotion is RIVASHIELD SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ with its registered office in Warsaw, at ul. Ludwika Rydygiera 8/19, 01-793 Warsaw , KRS 0001055934 , NIP 1133107536 , REGON 526314582 , e-mail address: shop@rivashield.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
3. The promotion takes place only in the online store www.rivashield.com and lasts from November 19, 2025 to November 30, 2025 inclusive.
4. The promotion applies to retail sales only.
5. The Promotion is not a game of chance, a competition or a public promise within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code.

§ 2

PROMOTION RULES

1. Promotion -40%

The promotion involves a personalized discount code – a 40% discount on everything. The discount is granted after signing up for the NEWSLETTER. An email with the discount code will be sent to the email address provided. The discount code is reusable. Enter the code in the "DISCOUNT CODE" field during checkout to save 40%. There is no minimum purchase requirement for the 40% discount code. The promotion is valid at the online store www.rivashield.com during the Promotion period or while supplies last .

The -40% discount is calculated from the regular price of the products.

 2. Promotion of products for 1,24 EUR

If the cart value exceeds 88,8 EUR gross, a "POP UP" window will appear on the website informing you that you can add Elysium 50ml and Hydro Booster 50ml for 1,24 EUR each. The user must accept and add the products to the cart. For the products to be added to the cart, the user must confirm both products. It is not possible to select just one product. The promotion is valid in the online store www.rivashield.com during the Promotion period or while supplies last .

3. Promotion -40% and promotion of products for 1,24 EUR - not excluded.

4. The Organizer is not responsible for system errors, technical errors or independent problems with the operation of the website that may prevent or hinder participation in the Promotion.

§ 3

RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

1. Products purchased under the Promotion are subject to return or exchange under the general terms and conditions specified in the Store's Returns Policy.
2. Returns are only possible for the entire order covered by the Promotion. Partial returns of individual items within the order are not possible.
3. In the event of a return of the entire order, the Organizer will refund the Customer the amount paid, taking into account the discount applied.
4. Detailed rules for submitting complaints are available in the Regulations tab in the Online Store.

§ 4

FINAL PROVISIONS

1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the Promotion, shorten it or extend it for important reasons, provided that the changes do not violate the rights acquired by participants before their introduction.
3. These Terms and Conditions are the only binding document defining the rules of the promotional campaign. All advertising and informational materials are for informational purposes only .
4. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Regulations of the Online Store www.rivashield.com , the Civil Code and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
